We specialize in unique, made-to-order products — each one designed with your custom selections in mind. Because of the personalized nature of these items, please carefully review the policy below before placing your order.
Custom Product Terms:

All custom orders are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Proofreading is your responsibility. Please double-check all spelling, dates, images, and personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

No edits after purchase. Once your order is submitted, we begin processing quickly to meet our production timelines. Edits or design changes cannot be accepted after checkout.

Damaged or defective items: If your custom item arrives damaged or contains a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at backwoodsdesignsbyjen@gmail.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
