Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom items may take slightly longer depending on order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days

I am unable to ship by Air methods due to the nature of the magnetic items.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays. Please order early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at backwoodsdesignsbyjen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including replacements for damaged items when applicable.
